As part of our IT team, you’ll play an important role in making that mission possible by helping teams improve processes, adopt solutions, and deliver projects that support the way our business works every day. Where You’ll Make an Impact In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection point between IT, business users, vendors, and project stakeholders. You’ll help lead projects from planning through delivery, supporting teams through requirements gathering, solution design, communication, testing, implementation, and adoption.
Lead and coordinate projects across business and technology teams, helping ensure work stays on track, on budget, and aligned with business needs. Partner with business users and analysts to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support thoughtful system solutions. Coordinate user acceptance testing, communication plans, training efforts, and user adoption activities. Track project budgets, benefits, ROI, vendor deliverables, risks, and lessons learned.
Support resource planning, staffing forecasts, and project capacity across IT and business teams. Promote project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.
