Job Summary:

Performs manual and machine operator tasks related to the operation of bindery machines, continuously meeting/exceeding productivity and quality standards, and completing within budget and on time. At a Sr. level, the operator will act as a resource to Operators and assist leads in trouble shooting. May assist in training others and operate multiple machines. The Sr Operator, Bindery may operate multiple machines in the following areas: Folding, Stitching, Collating, Cutting.

Shift: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Description:

Set-up and adjust machines. Load machine, observe operation and match samples to job order specifications. Review job ticket for specifications or special instructions that may impact the operation or set-up of the machine. Continuously review the quality of the product during operation to meet specified job requirements. Performs preventative maintenance to equipment. Completes production records. Track job costs/production hours as applicable.

Train Operators as needed. Works overtime as needed. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory
