• High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
• Vocational Certificate, Technical Diploma preferred.
• Must be able to perform medium to heavy physical labor, must be able to lift and carry between 50 lbs. and 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating operational needs.
• Must be punctual, friendly and motivated.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Hard-working and energetic.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally with all level of employees and residents in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as a team player.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize functions as assigned.
• Must be able to understand and follow instructions and company procedures.

• Thorough understanding of tools, techniques, and terminology.
