As a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Instructor in the Fort Collins area, you'll mentor Joyce University nursing students at local clinical sites while continuing your own professional practice.

Position Details

• Location: Fort Collins Area Clinical Sites
• Position Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Typically 1–2 clinical shifts per week, per academic term
• State: Colorado

What You'll Do

• Guide nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences in local healthcare settings
• Connect real-world nursing practice to what students are learning in their courses
• Coach and mentor students as they develop clinical skills, judgment, communication, and confidence
• Observe student performance and provide meaningful feedback and evaluation
• Recognize opportunities for additional support and help students develop through coaching and remediation
• Collaborate with Joyce faculty and staff to support a consistent, student-centered learning experience
• Stay current in your nursing practice and bring current clinical knowledge into your teaching
• Participate in select university activities such as faculty meetings, pinning ceremonies, and graduation
