Job description

Description of Essential Duties:

Answer incoming calls; respond to customer's requests and inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with Product and Service information
Enter customer delivery orders for requests for delivery
Store closing and cage to be picked up and equipment issues
Route calls to appropriate resources
Complete new customer files once cages have been set

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Provide customer service to all levels
MS Office experience, Word, Excel, Outlook

The hours for this position will be 10:30am-7:00pm

In addition to propane cylinders, PPE provides services such as quality storage cabinets, safety protection, safety and marketing training, and unique marketing branding enabling the retailer to provide point of purchase sales of both exchange and new propane grill cylinders.
