The Controls Management team is seeking an ED-level candidate to serve as a key member of the CIB Controls Transformation & Strategy team — a high-impact group at the forefront of redefining how Controls Management operates across the Commercial & Investment Bank. Our team is driving the optimization of the Commercial Investment Banking Controls Management operating model, ensuring seamless and effective execution across lines of business while harnessing innovative technologies, including AI, to elevate the organization's Controls Management capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the CIB and controls management to drive high-profile initiatives focused on risk management, governance, and regulatory excellence — translating data-driven insights into actionable solutions that meaningfully reduce operational risk.
This is a highly visible role that demands outstanding communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a genuine passion for execution and innovation. If you are energized by the opportunity to influence the future of Controls Management at one of the world's leading financial institutions — and thrive at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology — this role offers an exceptional platform to make a lasting impact.
