J.P. Morgan Securities is looking for an Associate NYSE Floor Broker to join its equities trading team on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). This position requires daily attendance on the NYSE trading floor, as this role is permanently located at 11 Wall Street in lower Manhattan. Prior experience is welcome but not required. The role is execution-oriented, partnering closely with teammates across equities trading, with an emphasis on strong coordination with our electronic execution capabilities and Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) platform for algorithmic execution, liquidity solutions, and low-latency trading workflows. Prior experience is welcome but not required.
As the associate in our Equities Electronic Trading team, you will support J.P. Morgan's agency and principal trading at the NYSE and help deliver seamless, high-quality execution and trade support. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating across both "high-touch" and "low-touch" workflows, while developing familiarity with J.P. Morgan's broader equities execution toolkit, including electronic execution and post-trade analytics (e.g., execution-quality review / TCA concepts). You will work closely with various business partners across the Global Equities Sales and Trading organization to deliver innovative solutions for our clients and have the opportunity to build strong cross-functional relationships.
