J.P. Morgan Securities is looking for an Executive Director NYSE Floor Broker to join its equities trading team on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and help expand its growing business back to the NYSE floor. This position requires daily attendance on the NYSE trading floor, as this role is permanently located at 11 Wall Street in lower Manhattan. The role is execution-oriented, partnering closely with teammates across equities trading, with an emphasis on strong coordination with our electronic execution capabilities and Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) platform for algorithmic execution, liquidity solutions, and low-latency trading workflows.
As the Executive Director in our Electronic Trading team, you will provide a senior presence on the NYSE Floor in support of J.P. Morgan's agency and principal trading at the NYSE and serve as a key representative of J.P. Morgan during IPOs on the NYSE. You will be responsible in delivering seamless, high-quality execution and trade support. You will engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class execution and trade support, and you will help drive ongoing improvements to execution processes. This role requires attention to detail, and comfort operating across both "high-touch" and "low-touch" workflows, while developing familiarity with J.P. Morgan's broader equities execution toolkit, including electronic execution and post-trade analytics (e.g., execution-quality review / TCA concepts).
