Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality considerations are incorporated into product design, development, and system architecture.
Review system architecture, technical solutions, and code changes to proactively identify potential risks affecting quality, scalability, maintainability, and system reliability.
Design and execute testing strategies, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure product quality and business requirements are met.
Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance automated testing frameworks, testing tools, and testing processes to improve software quality and overall engineering efficiency.
Analyze system architecture, business logic, and system interactions to proactively identify edge cases, hidden defects, and potential failure risks before production release.
Work closely with development teams to perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive long-term quality improvements.
