Job Description:

JSL is seeking a Maintenance Planning and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Support Specialist to support Navy technical product, maintenance planning, logistics documentation, and program coordination efforts at Port Hueneme, CA. This position supports one full-time requirement and will assist with Maintenance Planning and ILS services for Navy programs including Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), AN/SPY-6 Family of Radars, AN/SPQ-9B Radar Set, Vertical Launching System (VLS), Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Modules, Over The Horizon (OTH), NATO Seasparrow Surface Missile System (NSSMS), Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM), Harpoon, Tomahawk, and Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC).

The candidate will perform the following tasks:

· Review and track logistics products, including compiling and inputting data into databases and applications.

· Support hardware development efforts by reviewing and evaluating logistical impacts and incorporating required updates into program documentation.

· Support the full life cycle management of technical documentation in accordance with program milestone schedules.

· Assist with the development and modification of technical documentation, bulletins, mechanical designs, and engineering drawings.

· Participate in technical documentation validation and verification events, including Publication Support Assistance Teams (PUBSATs) aboard ships or in lab environments, as required.

· Participate in Process Reviews and Comment Adjudication meetings to support technical product accuracy and stakeholder resolution of comments.

· Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, document proceedings, and track action items.

· Participate in working groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) supporting program schedules, milestones, and product deliveries.

· Coordinate and interface with NSWC PHD, other Government activities, and contractor offices to support program execution and delivery requirements.
