    Job description

    As a Shift Manager/Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Dominos stores. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your leadership and organizational skills can make a significant impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
    • Manage and motivate a team of front-line staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.
    • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities.
    • Conduct regular shift briefings and debriefings to maintain communication and alignment.
    • Assist in financial management by monitoring sales, labor costs, and other expenses.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a QSR shift management or store management role.
    • Graduate degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
    • Proven ability to manage and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting is preferred.
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
    • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
