About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Outlet Manager - Sal Service to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.
Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring regular training and full product knowledge.
Resolve escalations and concerns effectively, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
Assist in preparing annual plans, forecasts, and managing expenses to meet budget goals.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management
Health and Safety Certification
3 – 5 years’ experience, with 1–2 years in supervisory/leadership roles
