About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive to join White Service in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
· Create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest, offering personalised attention and seamless introductions to service colleagues.
· Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions, ensuring a flawless experience through thoughtful planning and execution.
· Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings with confidence, drawing on deep menu knowledge and understanding of guest preferences.
· Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating their needs, recalling their preferences, and elevating each visit.
· Act as the key point of contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed knowledge of in-house dining themes and local highlights.
· Handle guest feedback and special requests gracefully and promptly, turning moments of dissatisfaction into lasting positive impressions.
