About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Warmly welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide seating information.
Explain menu items, specials, and promotions, addressing any dietary or allergy-related inquiries.
Take and communicate accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations.
Serve food and beverages professionally, handle billing and payments through the MICROS system, and ensure smooth service operations.
Gather guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain overall guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Holds a Higher Secondary School Certificate (or equivalent) with Basic Food and Hygiene Training; a Diploma in Hotel Management is an added advantage.
Possesses 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel, demonstrating strong knowledge of service standards.
Experienced in handling telephone inquiries and using the MICROS cashiering system, with basic computer literacy.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, reliability, and attention to detail, supported by a sincere and energetic attitude.
