About You - Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in content management, asset administration, and metadata maintenance.
- Understanding of digital asset management systems and user administration processes.
- High level of precision and reliability in handling user roles, rights, and system data.
- Ability to coordinate across editorial, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
- Experience with quality assurance, documentation, and process optimization.
Your Tasks This role is planned to support both Central Editorial and User Administration / Business Support functions.
- Management, maintenance, archiving, and quality control of digital assets such as images, texts, videos, documents, and 3D models.
- Maintenance of metadata, tags, and multilingual tag structures.
- Prevention of duplicates and ensuring correct asset usage and data quality.
- Administration of usage rights and support of editorial process documentation.
- Support in functional testing and system-related quality assurance processes.
- Processing user registrations and administration of roles, rights, and user groups.
- User support, handling user requests, and conducting onboarding/system trainings.
- Support in system development, documentation, and optimization of administrative processes.
