    Join us in Williamstown, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers 35.5 hours per week, including 6 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

    About the role:

    As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

    • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
    • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
    • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

    ✔️ A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
    ✔️ Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example!
    ✔️ A team player who inspires others and encourages growth.
    ✔️ You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
    ✔️ National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
    ✔️ A relevant diploma level qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
