This is a rare opportunity to own the full customer relationship after acquisition — building the lifecycle engine that turns first-time Juno clients into loyal, high-LTV members and advocates. You'll set the strategy, run the platform, and be accountable to the numbers.

Who We're Looking For

A retention architect. Someone who treats every member as a relationship to deepen, not a list to blast. You care about churn cohorts, build reactivation flows that compound, and measure the impact of every touchpoint. Customer-obsessed in a measurable, systems-oriented way — with an eye for great design and a genuine curiosity about human behaviour.

You're likely a Manager of CRM or Retention at a consumer subscription or membership business — recurring revenue, real reasons customers come back (consumer health, fitness/wellness, subscription DTC, fintech, marketplaces). You've owned an email/SMS/CRM platform end-to-end and built segmentation and journeys from scratch.

You're the right fit if you:

• Mapped entire customer journeys across every interaction — and built the flows to match
• Have stood up a CRM or marketing automation platform from zero: selected it, implemented it, migrated onto it — not just operated one someone else built
• Are technically fluent: you built the journeys and flows yourself in-platform and understand the data connections behind them (events, syncs, APIs/webhooks, attribution)
• Ran a membership, loyalty, or referral program and can show the measurable impact on retention and repeat
• Write your own lifecycle copy and have an eye for what moves people
• Stood up a Voice-of-Customer loop and actually closed the loop with strategic action
• Owned retention and LTV as a number, with cohort analysis to prove cause and effect
• Are comfortable in a compliance-sensitive environment (health, finance) — you respect the guardrails but know how to push the envelope

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Juno, You Will

• Own email, SMS, and CRM end-to-end — platform, segmentation, deliverability, and behaviour-triggered journeys across the full lifecycle (onboarding, reactivation, win-back, milestones)
• Own the lifecycle tech stack itself — platform selection and migration where needed, integrations, data syncs, and the event and trigger architecture behind automated journeys; you build the flows, you understand the plumbing, you can debug it
• Own referral — organic and through specific programs — including program design, mechanics, and the flows that drive growth in this channel
• Own Voice of Customer — NPS and surveys, and the loop that feeds what customers tell Juno back into the roadmap; partner with Care to ensure insights flow into customer experience decisions
• Be accountable for lifetime value, retention, repeat visit, and referred acquisition KRs — own the LTV and retention metrics of the business and partner with Juno's Care org to drive impact
• Build internal tooling and automation that powers personalization and lifecycle at scale

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention at consumer businesses; at least one stint at a subscription or membership business at our stage
• Owned an email/SMS/CRM platform with segmentation and journeys you built and can speak to in detail
• Has personally stood up or migrated a company's CRM or marketing automation platform — implementation, data model, and integrations, not just campaign operation
• Technically fluent — built automated journeys hands-on in-platform and understands the data connections behind the scenes; can troubleshoot without leaning on engineering
• Ran a membership, loyalty, or referral program with measurable impact on retention or repeat
• Owned retention and LTV as a number, with the cohort analysis to back it up
• Voice-of-Customer and NPS experience, with evidence of closing the loop
• Built AI workflows and systems — not just asking an LLM questions, but building tools that do real work; come ready to show one
• Bonus: regulated or health communications experience; multi-location consumer context

Compensation Transparency

Juno Veterinary is committed to compensating our team members fairly, competitively, and with clarity to support you in your growth.

This role has a base salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, with an annual bonus component, presenting the opportunity for additional earnings on top of your base salary.

We’ll keep it real with you. This range reflects the variation in experience and skillset an individual could bring to this role — from building your skills, to becoming accomplished, to being highly proficient, all the way to achieving excellence. As you grow in the role, your compensation reflects that journey.

It is also possible to join Juno at a salary above this range, which would mean you are at the very top end of experience and knowledge — or perhaps you are someone already working with Juno who has had the opportunity to make a significant and positive impact on our patients and our community and is thriving while doing it.
