Understanding of social media analytics and key content performance metrics (Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics)
Strong hands-on experience with short-form video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator, along with hands-on experience using video editing software (e.g., CapCut)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage employees and internal teams in content creation
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus
Experience in employer branding, HR, or recruitment marketing
Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., fintech, banking, or trading), where content is subject to compliance review
Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Experience creating and adapting content for international, multi-country audiences
