Job Title: Associate Project Controls/ Scheduler

Shift: Evening-2 pm-10pm

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Project Control to join our team at K&A Engineering in Sanepa, Lalitpur. Responsibilities and Duties:

Project Controls services include but are not limited to the following:

• Process forecasts, trends, and estimates for large construction projects
• Implement project control best practices and process improvements
• Lead corporate and program-wide quality improvement initiatives
• Respond to cost and schedule data requests
• Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules
• Analyze and control project budgets
• Generate project reports

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Civil Engineering or revalant engineering degree preferred
• Minimum 2 year of experience in relavent field.
• Experience in Project scheduling and project monitoring
• Experience using Primavera P6 Software, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Smartsheet will be given priority
• Proficient in Visio and Scheduling/Cost Management software (i.e., Primavera P6 and Contract Manager)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
• Extensive experience in ERP, schedule planning, and management is a plus
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to simplify complex technical information
• Accurate analysis and decision-making
• Proactive in optimizing organizational effectiveness
• Understanding of project controls' linkages to other disciplines
• Experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, budgeting, change management, estimating, forecasting, trends, and EVM.
