Our client is seeking a LIVE- IN- HOUSE MANAGER to oversee an adult residential facility. Incumbent must maintain order, safety and cleanliness in the living environments; assist with medication regimens; prepare and serve meals for each resident, in accordance with their specific service plan; provide assistance with activities for daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, grooming); assist with laundry; ensure that each resident receives the type and amount of supervision and care required to meet their basic needs/safety.
The house manager must provide an activity or social program for clients at least once per week, be available at night and readily accessible by telephone or pager when conducting facility business off-site.
