The Role

Build and own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for production systems, embedding security checks as automated gates. Implement auto-remediation, policy-as-code, and reliable rollback so that the secure path is also the fast path for developers.

What You’ll Do

• Build end-to-end pipelines that compile, test, deploy, and roll back production services with zero-downtime guarantees

• Implement automated security gates for secrets scanning, dependency checks, and policy-as-code enforcement within the pipeline

• Improve pipeline velocity by designing self-healing workflows that auto-patch vulnerable

  components and rotate secrets without manual steps

• Support developers with fast, reliable feedback loops and clear diagnostics when security or

compliance checks fail

• Build automated rollback and recovery mechanisms that reliably restore prior states under

production pressure

• Improve observability of deployment failures and security incidents, feeding telemetry back into remediation playbooks

• Implement policy-as-code using OPA or Kyverno to enforce compliance at deploy and runtime

What You’ll Bring

• Proven expertise delivering production CI/CD pipelines end-to-end in product-focused

  companies

• AI-native velocity as a default mode of working with Mastery of Git, CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible

• Deep experience embedding security controls, secrets scanning, dependency/SCA checks, and policy-as-code, into automated pipelines

• Track record of implementing auto-remediation workflows, including auto-patching of vulnerable components and automated secrets rotation

• Strong ability to design and operate self-healing infrastructure that responds to drift or incidents without manual steps

• Skilled at balancing security rigor with developer velocity, delivering secure paths that are also the fastest

• Excellent judgment in translating ambiguous requirements into reliable, automated delivery

  solutions and communicating outcomes to cross-functional teams
