1. Financial Management
Handle full sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders for financial reviews.
2. Tax Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all statutory tax returns (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax if applicable).
Maintain compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and liaise with tax consultants or authorities as needed.
Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
3. Audit & Internal Controls
Coordinate financial audits, ensuring readiness and documentation accuracy.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
4. Administrative Oversight
Supervise general office administration including procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR-related documentation in collaboration with regional HR.
Support operational setup for contractors.
Being Person-In-Charge (PIC) for all Statutory government online portals of Indonesia office.
5. Reporting & Systems
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., M3) and ensure data integrity.
Support system and process improvements for finance and admin workflows.
Assist Singapore finance team on GL mapping and AR & AP data entries as and when required.
Any other jobs assigned by superior as and when required.
