HR Assistant

Kanadevia Inova is hiring a proactive HR Assistant / People & Culture Assistant to join our People & Culture team in Farnborough, Hampshire.

You’ll support day-to-day HR operations including payroll, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers and wider HR initiatives.

*Smart working including working 3 days in our Farnborough, Hampshire office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on HR and personnel matters, ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation of policies.
• Provide HR and UK & Ireland payroll administrative support to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Draft and issue HR-related correspondence, such as contracts, letters, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including starters, leavers, payroll data, work history, and disciplinary documentation.
• Assist with HR services including training, travel, compliance, and administration, while supporting wider HR initiatives.

• HR experience with knowledge of UK employment law.
• UK payroll experience required. Ireland payroll experience highly desirable.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Organised, detail-focused, and solution-oriented.
• Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.
