Board Product Project Control Coordinator (PCC/ PJE)

We are actively seeking a Board Product Project Control Coordinator (PCC/ PJE) based in Taipei:

Responsibility

• Schedule Tracking: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and task deliverables

• Material Project Manager of material risk & readiness, BOM management, NRE control/ tracking, procurement coordination

• Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks, track risk registers, and follow up the implement corrective actions

• Documentation: Maintain project logs, control databases, and communication records, BOM.

• Reporting: Create status reports, analyze variances, and present performance metrics to project managers and stakeholders.

• Coordination: TPM, engineers, warehouse, shipping, procurement, and supplier…etc. cross function coordination.

• Support process improvement, standardization, and detail oriented.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management

• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to liaise between team members, contractors, and management

• NPI & pre-production stage product coordination of BOM/ material, mfg. pilot run, NPI samples.

Required Experience

• 5~8 years’ experience in system level material project management. Server/Storage experience is a plus.

• Coordinate with TPM & engineers in the design of development, material, schedule, and BOM.

• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Ability (in English) to read & write reports regarding status update, effectively present information and respond to questions in timely manner.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management OR equivalent education

• ODM/ OEM/ EMS PCC experience

• TOEIC 650+
