Job Description

Karman Industries is seeking a motivated Technical Sourcer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will build and manage strong, diverse candidate pipelines across engineering, operations, and corporate functions, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent before they're actively job-hunting. This role requires strong research instincts, sharp written communication, and the persistence to consistently land responses from passive, in-demand candidates. This role is on-site and does not have travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and other sourcing tools

• Build talent pipelines for current and anticipated openings, particularly in technical and engineering roles

• Write and send personalized outreach that generates strong response rates from in-demand candidates

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate search criteria

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline notes in Ashby

• Track sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion) and iterate on outreach strategy

• Represent Karman's culture and mission authentically in every candidate interaction

• Assist with other Talent Acquisition tasks as they arise

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience

• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox

• Working knowledge of Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of candidates at once

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience sourcing for technical or engineering roles

• Experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, hardware, or industrial company
