Location: Kassi Lobby, Hotel Erwin, Venice Beach, CA Position: Bartender (Part-Time)
About Us
Hotel Erwin, offering ocean views, a Mediterranean-inspired menu, and a high-energy atmosphere that draws locals and visitors alike. We're looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in our lobby bar.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails, wine, and beer to the highest standard
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests at the bar and on the floor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Work closely with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations (RBS certified or willing to obtain)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, high volume experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during peak hours
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid RBS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
