Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC), West of Mississippi RegionFuture Opportunities Nationwide and OCONUS
KBR is building a pipeline of qualified and passionate Military Family Life Counselors (MFLCs) in anticipation of future opportunities supporting the Department of Defense's Military and Family Life Counseling Program.
While we are not actively hiring for specific MFLC positions at this time, we are seeking licensed behavioral health professionals interested in future opportunities to support military service members, their families, children, and military communities worldwide.

MFLC professionals provide confidential, non-medical, short-term, solution-focused counseling, consultation, and outreach services designed to strengthen resilience, enhance wellbeing, and support mission readiness.

Basic Compensation:
$60,100 - $111,800
The offered rate will be based on contract affordability and the selected candidate’s working location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, allowances, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
