Space Systems & SATCOM Intelligence Engineer

Position Summary

The Space Systems & SATCOM Intelligence Engineer supports analysis of foreign space, SATCOM, and ISR architectures. The role focuses on communications networks, satellite capabilities, and support to counter-space and strategic intelligence missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze adversary SATCOM systems and communications architectures.
• Conduct assessments of communications payloads, frequencies, waveforms, and ground infrastructure.
• Evaluate space-based ISR and satellite communications capabilities.
• Develop intelligence products covering satellite vulnerabilities and operational concepts.
• Assess technical developments in foreign space and communications programs.
• Support identification of collection opportunities and intelligence gaps.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field, in lieu of degree at minimum 15 years' experience is required.
• Experience analyzing satellite communications or space systems.
• Knowledge of RF communications principles.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Network planning experience.
• Experience with military or commercial SATCOM systems.
• Exposure to SIGINT or communications intelligence operations.
