Drive the growth and development of Corporate’s Trade Finance business across Corporate segment.
Drive profitability, business development including the running of the day-to-day business agenda
Responsible for defending the subsidiary’s performance to the various key stakeholders and committees within the Rwanda
Work with the Corporate RMs in origination, maintenance, and development of customer relationships in a sustainable manner.
Manage and maintain robust monitoring, controls, business continuity, governance, and risk management environment for Trade Department
Formulate, design and review product and platform strategies that competitively address identified and emergent market opportunities
Engagement with customer owners and market activators to achieve product/platform uptake and utilization targets
Periodic review of existing products and platforms to enhance their offering in the market to ensure product continuously yields expected benefits.
