    • Run A/B tests on content formats, posting times, and messaging, and apply insights to improve performance.

    • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and emerging formats and recommend new opportunities.

    Collaboration & Campaign Support

    • Support paid social campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team, including audience inputs, creative briefs, and boosted posts.

    • Align social media content with product launches, promotions, events, and PR initiatives.

    • Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with company guidelines across all published content.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 2–4years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or business.

    • Proficiency with major social media platforms and their native analytics, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.

    • Experience using social media scheduling and management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.

    • Creative and trend-aware, with strong judgment on content that aligns with the brand.

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision.
