Kean Miller is currently seeking a partnership-track associate or reduced-hours attorney to work in our Labor & Employment, Construction, and Commercial Litigation group in our Shreveport office.

At least three years of relevant litigation experience is required for consideration. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, significant writing experience demonstrated through law review or clerkship work, and strong references. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to independently manage client relationships and matters, as well as the desire to further develop client and referral relationships. The successful candidate should have a track record of high achievement; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment involving high-profile, high-stakes litigation; strong teamwork skills; and superior written and verbal communication abilities. A current Louisiana bar license is required.
