Legal Assistant - General Liability

Tampa, FL - On-site or Hybrid

Kelley Kronenberg is hiring for a Legal Assistant to join our General Liability team in our beautiful Tampa Office! This department is fast-paced, technology savvy, and team-oriented. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to make an impact and is driven to exceed expectations. Essential Functions: 

• Preparation of pleadings including, but not limited to, motions, subpoenas, notices, hearings, and requests for production
• Coordination/scheduling of meetings, hearings, appointments, and depositions
• Managing deadlines, preparing attorneys for appointments
• Drafting and composing typing routine correspondence, reading and routing of incoming mail, taking calls from clients, attorneys, adjusters, J.A.'s, opposing counsel, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in litigation; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in General Liability a plus
• MS Office Suite Knowledge a must
• Aderant Total Office (ATO) knowledge a plus
