Conduct laboratory experiments and support product development activities for feed additive applications.
Perform literature reviews and gather scientific information to support research projects.
Record, organize, analyze, and report experimental data accurately.
Execute laboratory methods and ensure compliance with established protocols and SOPs.
Assist in the evaluation and validation of laboratory methodologies.
Support cross-functional teams by providing technical and experimental support.
Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and procurement of laboratory supplies.
Ensure laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
Assist with the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills:
Proficient in in vitro biochemical assays
Experience with measurement of enzyme activities is preferred
Experience working in a GLP or ISO accredited laboratory is a plus
Knowledge and skills in analytical chemistry (e.g., HPLC, GC, LC-MSMS)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency and clarity in written and oral communications/presentations
Independent and creative scientific thinking
Solid documentation and organizational ability
Synthetic biology hands-on experience is a plus
