About the role

As a Transport Supervisor, you’ll play a key role within our Distribution Centre, working closely with branch teams and the Transport function to coordinate and manage daily transport activities. You’ll help ensure our deliveries, pickups and transfers run smoothly, supporting safe, efficient and reliable transport operations while delivering great outcomes for our customers and branch network. In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach and support a team of 6-8 Drivers, fostering a positive, safety-focused and high-performing team culture
• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily deliveries, pickups and transport movements, responding to changes and disruptions to ensure efficient and reliable customer service
• Drive compliance with safety, fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility and transport procedures
• Manage driver rosters, timesheets, performance conversations and capability development
• Partner with branches and operational teams to ensure clear communication and seamless transport execution
• Support fleet readiness through vehicle maintenance coordination, compliance checks and issue escalation
• Monitor transport performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, utilisation, productivity and customer outcomes
• Champion Kennards' values and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across transport operations
