Summary:
We are seeking a Compensation Associate to join our Human Resources team in Beverly Hills, CA. The Compensation Associate will support the administration, tracking, and reporting of employee carried interest, co-investment, and other investment-related compensation programs. The role works across Human Resources, Finance, Fund Accounting, Tax, and related stakeholders to maintain accurate participant records, process investment activity, and deliver timely reporting and analysis. This position would report directly to the Executive Vice President, Global Risk Management & Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee carried interest and co-investment programs, including participant onboarding and ongoing recordkeeping.
- Maintain employee participation records, investment allocations, capital commitments, and ownership data.
- Coordinate and track capital calls, funding activity, distributions, and investment proceeds.
- Assist with carried interest calculations, quarterly and cumulative valuations, and participant-level distribution analyses.
- Prepare quarterly investment reports, participant statements, and internal management reporting.
- Build and maintain investment allocation models and analyze relevant investment characteristics.
- Reconcile participant balances and investigate discrepancies across compensation, finance, and fund accounting records.
- Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Fund Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and other teams on investment-related compensation matters.
- Respond to participant inquiries regarding holdings, capital activity, valuations, and distributions.
- Support process improvements and technology initiatives related to carried interest and co-investment administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in compensation, fund accounting, private equity operations, partnership accounting, or investment program administration.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in PowerPoint preferred.
- Working knowledge of alternative investment structures, partnership economics, carried interest, or co-investment programs preferred.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive and complex data accurately.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
