Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Factory Hand & Forklift Operator to join our team at our Upper Swan manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer:

Responsibilities:
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving, storing and preparing palletised stock
- RF scanning and inventory transactions
- Assisting with packing and production activities as required
- Completing basic computer and data entry tasks
- Conducting housekeeping and site cleaning activities
- Following all workplace health, safety and quality procedures
- Performing manual handling tasks safely
- Supporting warehouse and production teams to meet operational targets
- Working collaboratively within a team environment
Skills and Experience:
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, warehouse or FMCG environment
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
