As a Host & Server (m/f/d) at KERB Berlin, you play a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience. Under the guidance of the managers and together with your floor supervisor, you ensure excellent customer service while also taking care of cleanliness, safety, and adherence to operational standards in both the front and back of house. This position is perfect for you if you're passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere and keeping things running smoothly every day.
Guest Service: Make sure to provide outstanding service, support our guests, and always stay up to date with our traders, their offers, and special features. Operations & Cleanliness: Keep tables clean and tidy, maintain cleaning stations, and dispose of waste and recycling materials in line with our sustainability goals. Opening & Maintenance: Help with opening and closing the location, including the outdoor area, and make sure all daily and weekly cleaning checklists are properly completed.
Health & Safety: Make sure our health and safety standards are followed, report issues, and actively help solve them. Communication: Communicate clearly and efficiently with traders, colleagues, and management – both in person and over the radio. Events & Reservations: Help with the preparation and execution of private reservations and events. Back-of-House Support: Assist the team in keeping work areas clean, organized, and ready to go.
