We're looking for a Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join our growing practices in Fairfax and Ashburn, Virginia, where smaller patient panels, longer appointments, and genuine relationships are the standard, not the exception.

You'll work alongside an experienced physician colleague who has spent years cultivating deep community trust, and you'll have the immediate ability to make a meaningful impact as patient demand continues to grow.

What You'll Do

You'll provide comprehensive primary care across our Fairfax and Ashburn clinics — preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and care coordination — for a purposefully limited patient panel. You'll develop long-term relationships with patients and families, collaborate closely with physician colleagues and support staff, and serve as a trusted health advocate for the people in your care. Broad-scope practice is encouraged; we want you using the full depth of your training.

Schedule:

• 4 days in clinic + 1 half-day for administrative work
• Clinics open Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Daytime schedule shared between Fairfax and Ashburn locations
• Limited after-hours support for your panel, with coverage provided during your scheduled time off

What We're Looking For

Required:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Active Virginia medical license, or ability to obtain one prior to start
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and outstanding patient care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
• Professional malpractice history in good standing

Preferred:

• Experience in Direct Primary Care, Concierge Medicine, or other relationship-based care models, or interest in these models
• Comfort managing a broad range of primary care conditions independently
• Community-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to build lasting patient relationships
• Interest in contributing to the continued growth of an established, respected practice
