What You’ll Do
As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential HVAC systems while ensuring top-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems
- Follow design specifications and manufacturer instructions
- Test systems for proper function, efficiency, and safety
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and refrigerant handling regulations
- Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, labor, customer communication)
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain systems in simple terms
- Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- NH Gas License preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration principles
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and lead a job site
- Physically able to lift equipment, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders
- Valid driver’s license (recommended to include if required)
