As we continue to expand, we are looking to strengthen our Dealing team with a proactive and detailed-oriented Dealer. This role is vital to maintaining a secure, efficient and resilient in the Dealing environment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage market risk, including client exposure.
- Track and reconcile Liquidity Providers’s pricing, execution and balances.
- Investigate and resolve trading-related incidents across multiple systems.
- Monitor client trades and flag unusual activity.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support cross-functional departments in daily brokerage operations.
- Generate reports for internal management and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain internal dealing systems.
- Stay updated on financial markets, currency movements, and corporate actions.
- Ensure smooth operations between client and broker business units.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Dealing room role.
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 including Admin/Manager.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments and trading systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- CySEC certificate is required.
