Position Overview
Associates provide day-to-day execution of investment banking mandates (merger & acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments) as well as support sector coverage and business development. Our bankers are engaged in industry verticals, including providers / services, payers, information technology, and life sciences / medtech.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical base pay for an Associate role is $175,000 - $225,000 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $128,000.00 - $268,000.00 annually.
