Kidwell is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as an Electrical Prefabrication Apprentice III or Journeyman. This opportunity is ideal for experienced apprentices or journeymen with a background in residential wiring who are looking to apply their skills in a structured shop environment.
In this role, you will support the company’s prefabrication and kitting operations by building electrical assemblies and preparing project kits that help streamline field installation work. All work is performed in our temperature-controlled prefabrication shop in Lincoln. Successful candidates are team-oriented, detail-focused, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and professionalism.
