Mid Level Associate - Corporate M&A (GA / IL / NC)

Job Summary

Kilpatrick is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with at least 3+ years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in a mid to large law firm. 

The associate should have experience in M&A transactions and the ability to support others on a wide variety of deals—particularly M&A and private equity deals; the ability to draft M&A transaction documents; experience with corporate due diligence projects; the ability to manage complex transactions to closing; familiarity with corporate governance principles; and familiarity with federal securities laws. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials. Candidate can be based in one of the following KTS offices: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Raleigh, NC; or Winston-Salem, NC.

(Expected Salary: $260,000 - $315,000)
