The Integrated Media Strategy Lead (IMSL) serves as the embedded media expert responsible for translating brand objectives into unified, insight‑driven paid/owned/earned strategies that drive measurable business growth. The role leads annual media planning, audience strategy, and full‑funnel measurement across national and retail channels in partnership with cross‑functional teams and agency partners. It ensures connected, high‑quality execution across paid media and plays a critical role in advancing KCNA’s media capability maturity. Operating within a highly matrixed ecosystem, the IMSL partners directly with senior marketing leaders and SMEs to influence decisions and optimize media investment.
