Business Performance Analyst

You are responsible for ensuring that the IBP process translates into measurable business results. You will monitor the health of the BUs, identify performance “leakage” and make sure we are on the right path to deliver the core Strategic Initiatives required to deliver our ambition. We are looking for a strategic operator that can go deep into the data to find the root cause of a BU performance miss and help them correct it.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1+ years of experience in CPG, food, beverage, or consumer products background

• Experience with Excel, PowerBI, Nielsen, Anaplan, and Kinaxis

What will be your key responsibilities?

Enterprise Performance Management ("The 8P Pulse")

• The Monthly Health Check: Manage the consolidation of IBP performance data from all BU's, identifies "Red Flags" in preparation of the Management Business Review (MBR).

• Value Tracking: Track and report on specific value drivers, such as Innovation Health (NPI success), Promotion ROI, and Waste Reduction.

Strategic Initiatives

• Initiate Tracking: Make sure teams are executing strategic projects as planned or setting actions to deliver them.

Decision Support & Analytics

• Scenario Modeling: Assist the Sr. Director in preparing "What-If" scenarios for the ALT.

Center-to-BU Governance

• Review Facilitation: Support the Sr. Director in orchestrating the monthly Center-level MBR. Ensure that all pre-work is synthesized and that the most critical trade-off decisions are highlighted

• Accountability Tracking: Maintain the “Action Log” for the IBP cycle, ensuring that commitments made by BU General Managers at the Center level are actually executed.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 74,511.00 - USD 102,453.00
