Kinetic Design + Development is looking for an Business Systems Integrator to join the Krew.
If you’re a business systems professional who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you.
You’ll turn business and systems direction into technology that actually works. From evaluating technical options and configuring SaaS platforms to building integrations, automations, data solutions, and AI-enabled workflows, you’ll take ideas from detailed design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
This is a role for someone who likes figuring things out. You’ll research what’s possible, weigh tradeoffs, recommend smart technical approaches, and bring emerging technology ideas to the table. You’ll work closely with Operations, functional teams, and vendors to build maintainable solutions that reduce friction, eliminate manual work, and help Kinetic move with more clarity and confidence.
Who You Are
You’re technically curious, highly analytical, and energized by solving problems that do not come with a step-by-step playbook. You can take established direction, dig into the details, explore options, and make a sound recommendation without needing someone to tell you exactly how to get there.
You take ownership from start to finish. You care about building solutions that are useful today and maintainable tomorrow, and you’re comfortable challenging assumptions when you see a better path. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teammates, collaborate easily across functions, and stay adaptable as technology evolves.
You’re especially excited by automation, AI, data, and emerging tools. You know technology is most valuable when it meaningfully improves how people work, and you’re motivated to help the Operations team understand what’s possible without chasing technology for technology’s sake.
