We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Alumni Relations Officer to strengthen relationships with our alumni community through engaging communications, events and volunteering opportunities, while supporting the wider aims of the Development Office.
- Develop engaging alumni communications across email, print, web and social media.
- Plan and deliver reunions, networking events and other alumni activities.
- Build strong relationships with alumni, volunteers and ambassadors.
- Maintain accurate alumni records and produce engagement reports.
- Support fundraising, careers and wider community initiatives.
- Ensure activity complies with GDPR and the School’s data protection procedures.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience of planning events and delivering multi-channel communications.
- Confident using CRM databases and analysing data.
- Strong IT, organisational and administrative skills.
- A proactive, accurate and collaborative approach.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
