King’s College Hospital Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Emirati Medical Education & Research Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of medical education and research initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in supporting academic excellence, training programs, and research activities within a leading healthcare institution.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate medical education programs, training sessions, workshops, and academic activities
- Support ongoing research projects, audits, and clinical studies in collaboration with medical and academic teams
- Maintain accurate records related to education, accreditation, and research activities
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with internal departments, clinicians, and external academic partners as required
- Support accreditation processes, including data collection and reporting
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality, ethics, and governance standards
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati Passport and Family Book required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospital, academic, or research environment is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness and ability to work in Dubai
