Job description

Job Title: Hydrovac Operator – CDL Class B (Minimum)

Pay: Starting $35 hourly DOE

Location: Mesa, AZ

Kinkaid Civil Construction is looking for a skilled Vacuum Truck Driver to support our underground utility crews. We're looking for a dependable operator who’s ready to work hard and stay safe.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate vacuum truck on active construction sites
Assist with hydro excavation, potholing, and debris removal
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Follow safety procedures and DOT regulations
Support crews with additional tasks as needed

Valid CDL (Class A or B) with Tanker Endorsement
Experience operating a vacuum truck (hydro vac)
Willingness to perform physically demanding work daily
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team attitude
Knowledge of underground utility work is a plus
