Job Title: Trimble GPS Field Technician

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay $25.00-$35.000 /hourly *Depending on job stability and experience demonstrated on resume*

Job Summary:
We are seeking a GPS Grade Checker to ensure construction site grades and elevations meet project specifications. The role involves using GPS technology to provide accurate measurements and data for grading and excavation teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong construction background, experience with GPS equipment, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

• 1–3+ years of experience in construction, grading, or surveying
• Ability to read and interpret grading plans, blueprints, and elevations
• Experience using GPS equipment and field software (e.g., Trimble Earthworks or Topcon MAGNET)
• Basic knowledge of surveying concepts (benchmarks, control points, layout)
• Strong math skills for calculating grade, slope, and distance
• Ability to operate GPS rovers, base stations, and data collectors
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to walk uneven terrain and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
